Doc, I'm age 77 (6'2", 190#) in reasonably good health except, LPR, slight scoliosis, & weaker diaphragm with LPR. You guidelines are all spot-on. I had bypass @ age 53, & an aortic stent placed at age 63, so all in all life is good. No one in my family had made age 75 - parents & 3 sisters. LPR is a nuisance - lot of phlegm waking up, no acid reflux. Silent reflux.

I am so glad I found your videos. I recently pulled a rib muscle but I started suffering from reflux and silent reflux about a year ago and refuse to use ppi's. I've been suspicious of a weak diaphragm but since pulling my rib muscle I'm almost certain I have a weak core. I plan to take all of your advice as soon as I heal. I wish your practice was close by as I'm not sure who to contact to oversee my healing here in GA.

@@mybackloop I'm really looking forward to it. I've completely overhauled my diet and have experienced a lot of relief but it's not complete relief. I think you will take me the rest of the way to healing and I am really looking forward to being healthier with less limitation. Thank you!!

Doctor...you are just explaining all my problems...blessed to have found these videos...hoping to overcome from my acid reflux, excessive burping, piriformis syndrome , pain in QL muscle...problems...now I understood that all these are not different problems but the manifestation of one core problems...and that is weak rib muscles and diaphragm... And a great revelation that...all these issues are because of my poor posture especially sitting posture.... Thanks a lot Doctor 🙏

YES. Samatha you are correct and smart too. The brain is a big part of posture too. Posture is the window to the brain. Food for thought because YOU are smart.

Wow, I've been having anxiety for years and my ribs are tight, can only deep breathe if I concentrate, I don't breathe much per minute, been going on years, have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia since I had a baby years ago (I wonder if pregnancy messed with my diaphragm and ribs??). My ribs feel like concrete, don't budg, only my stomach goes out when breathing, and upper chest some. I've also had costochondritus on and off. This could be my answer, though curious, would ribs/diaphragm issues make my breathing shallow, make me feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen?? I don't smoke or anything...

Good Day again Chuck! Question: I have a slight rib flare on my left side. Would these exercises make that issue worse, or should I focus on trying to strengthen muscles to bring the flare down before attempting these? I've got a whole bunch of issues that stem from the pelvic region as you suggested in another video. So should I focus on that first before attempting anything else, or can I do these exercises along with restoring balance with my body? Thank you for your time again.

Focus on the diaphragm strength and not the flare. The flare should improve. How much rib motion do you have. I should have another video up in a month or so....that should even help more. Get started here for now.

I can turn right without any problems, but the left side I have to stop after a certain point for pure discomfort. Been focusing on diaphragm through deep breathing the past 2 days. Feel some tightness always in the core region, so I'm hoping it's due to the breathing being done right! Thank you again Chuck!

sir, can you help us to recover my 19 year son from C2 level injury?

You need to find a good chiropractor, manual therapist or physical therapist for this.
