In my opinion, this car is stunning! I love the flared sides, the front lip, the rear, the side profile is pure beauty.. it's just an unbelievable work of art! Sure, there are specs I'd change if I owned the car, but expressing personalization through a project like this is what it's all about. If I was lucky enough to own/build the masterpiece, I'd probably paint the exterior in a high-gloss charcoal grey, but paint the roof and a few accents black. I think the wheels would look good bronze/copper. And I'd try to move the rear view mirrors so they'd be mounted on the front fenders. The interior, I'd like to go with 2-tone leather.. dark chocolate with tan (surprisingly, colors I rarely like on most cars). Regardless, it's an attractive build. Cheers!

People have a right to express an opinion in this country, especially for a car many love, if people do not like what he did to the body they can damn well say it. Just because someone has skill does not mean they have taste. If you get pissed off at other people having an opinion that differs slightly from your own you may want to refrain from reading others comments or talking to other human beings.

Those 60s and 70s cars just loved to take off at speed. I had a C3 Vette, and at high speed, the steering would go light, and it would understeer like dangerously crazy. I put the front spoiler kit from the C3 Pace car on it,.. No more lifting or understeer, and it didn't look out of proportion, like this car does. Front winglets don't have to be big to work, they just need people with a wind tunnel to know where to place them. In saying this, he is happy with it, so that is all that matters

A guy down the road from me had an original racecar it was nuts, it was a raw car, roll cage engine, pipes, no interior and the original tag next to the engine letting you know how legit of a car it is. It was so low that the door sil was 4 inches off the ground.

Madmagyver study the Coyote and you’ll change your opinion.
@madmagyver99815 жыл бұрын
@@Goldeader modern performance engines, especially vee configurations, should not use chains to drive overhead cams. The length of the chains plus the increased loads from high rpm valve springs causes chain breakage when hitting the Rev limiter. And unmodified gt500 engine can break chains. Fact. My 400 has been over 8k rpm many times. And I didn't get it until after 300k miles. Now over 700k, I broke a few valve springs, but no major issues and finally the original pistons are ready to retire. No engine will ever be built in the USA that will surpass that. Fact.
@Goldeader5 жыл бұрын
Madmagyver the gen2 coyote can handle 1200hp without an engine build. Upgrade the lifters and it will hold 1500. I have yet to see someone blow one up even with 2k hp on a stock block. Other than people not using nitrous properly coyotes are indestructible.

I have just have a different intake manifold and I can turn well over 8k rpm. Guys are running these over 10k without breaking springs
@madmagyver99815 жыл бұрын
@@Goldeader a Ford 400 or a coyote? Rpm is not the issue, it is a poor design choice using chains. Belts were introduced for push rod engines for cam drives in the 80s, and they quickly became the top choice for accuracy and reliability. It is ironic that ancient chain technology haunts a car built in 2018 but was originally designed in the 1960s.
