I have a lot of questions, and would like to set up a phone call with you if that's possible, but for starters, what would you suggest is the best way to organize scenes? You've got them here by colors/fixtures, but how would you organize them if you were doing a wedding? slow songs, room washes, etc.?

Hello, just purchased the interface! My questions: 1. why does the reseller thomann didn't get the information, that users have to purchase the "full" software features for extra 90,00 euro? 2. why do I have to register the product AND reactivate it every 30 days over the internet? 3. why do I have to install additional "Store Upgrade Tool" Software? The full features like stand alone mode, EasyView2 and the interface for nearly 300,00..? Very nice for a software that crashes very often on a mac. I'll send it back today!

Why do you drag and drop a `mode` into the add a fixture screen early in this video, and not a `fixture'. Is that adding it to run in that mode only?

You will need to search for a profile, download it and then drag it into the profile folder of the DMX software

How did you install 3.0? If I try it gives a error: Invalid name of file Please do not rename to... I didn't rename anything at all, I just installed it from the download box. I use a mac with the latest sierra. And do you know if it works with mydmx2.0 or 2.1 dongle?

Hey, Sorry about the audio. If you listen through an external pair of speakers with a separate volume control, you should be able to hear. Sorry again.
