As per doctor breast feeding should not be done in lying position so please suggest whether i should feed baby by lying on bed

Hi dear... Mere c section huye 3 saal ho gaye , 1st year nhi tha 2nd year se start hua hai abhi bhi ho rha ... Zyada der baith nhi sakti khadi nhi ho pati , support k Bina baith nhi sakti.jhuk nhi sakti ..ye exercise se relief mil rhi hai ... But itna pain normal hai kya ? Pls do reply

Mam My C- section was done 9 months ago. At that time no back pain in my back. After 7 months when I joined my office from that time my shoulder, upper portion of spinal cord, back side of the head very much pain. Mera bhi c section hua hai aur 4month ka baby h ab bahut jyada back pain ho rha h aur mai abhi tak pura time baith k feeding kra rhi thi ab so k try kr rhi hu but back pain thik nahi ho rha kya mai sidhe back se sou ya side sona better rhega

Hey , this is the starting only back pain ignore nahi karna I have upper back for 3 years n starting m mene lightly le liya ,well tried exercise it worked but puri tarha nHi, mene video apne channel pe bi dali hai ,16 days se hatha yoga kar rahi hun 80 % thik ho gaya hai but not fully soon I ll consult a doc too, let me know what worked for you👍🙂

Hey deepali 1) panjeeri jaroor khao 2) posure ka dhiyan rakho 3) exercise and yoga I have upper back for 3 years n jayada jaab pain hota hai to stiff hojati hai puri back ,well tried exercise it worked but puri tarha nHi, mene video apne channel pe bi dali hai ,16 days से hatha yoga kar rahi hun , 80 % thik ho gaya hai but not fully soon I ll consult a doc too n yoga to continue rakhugi , let me know what worked for you👍🙂,U can contact me on my channel
