Ek confusion h mam c section k baad jhukne se mana kiya jata h iske piche kya reason h or kab Tak ise follow karna h ? Jhukne ki limitations kya h sidhe khare hokar nhi jhukna h to kya niche ka kaam bath k jhuk kar kar sakte h kya plzz reply mam I am very confused

@@mydvija completed 40 days post c section. Was overweight before delivery and lost 12 kgs since delivery. How do I reduce further my old stubborn weight? Will these exercises help me reduce weight further ?

Maa'am... I have sprain in my hip while lifting leg when I am lying down(either to get down or to turn on other side)... I want to get rid of the same... Can I do these exercises once I cross 40 days? Bcz I want my body to b strong... It's 36 th day post my c section...

I have hormone imbalance due to which my bleeding had not stopped after c section for 3 months. Now after taking DMPA injection it has stopped. Can I still do these excercises?

Hello ma'am, I had a c section delivery.My baby is 6 months now. But still when I sleep on my stomach or on my back it's very painful for me to get up in the morning. As I get severe back pain. I only feel comfortable while sleeping on sides.Why is it so?

Nope. CHCEK another video diastsis racti . If possible purchase online course of strengthening after delivery - 13 exercises that will heal completely
