Can feel tight a few weeks, but not usually more. It hasn't been a problem with my patients talking, sleeping, eating.

with this procedure . whats the cut off age . I have seen several videos but the patients are young

There is no "cut off age" but a consultation is needed to determine if the procedure is right for you. Hope that helps!
