Muslim population in the Philippines must be about 13 million, 10% of the total Philippine population. Manila came from the word Aminallah/Aminullah a muslim word during the Muslim sultanate in the past but when the Spanish invaded this country and they could not pronounce Aminallah they changed it to Manila that is now the present capital name of the Philippines.. a little trivia for you Myer.

That's how things are supposed to be. My family is a catholic but there's a certain point in our lives living to a place that are dominantly Moslems and religion was never been a barrier for us not to get along. Actually we became one big family and as long as you have respect to one another I guess there will never be a problem. We live to be happy and be healthy not to get in any trouble that we may regret in the end. Unless there are people enjoying living with a stressful life. Lol

You are actually nearby Malacañang Palace. After crossing the bridge there's a cathedral on your left and it's the street going to the house of the president.

The name Quiapo comes from the Tamil word "kiyapo" or "kayyappu" (also spelled "kiyapu" but was later spelled quiapo during Hispanic Philippines) a plant, a type of aquatic water lily (Pistia stratiotes) that once thrived in the area’s waterways and swamps. This floating plant, also called water cabbage or water lettuce, symbolised the lush and water-rich environment of old Manila before urban development💚

Prior to the coming of Mahmoud Kharim in the 14th century, most of the inhabitants on the islands now known as The Philippines were primarily hindu-buddhist ala animist. Then came Magellan ( 1521 ) and the Conquistadores ( 1570s ). If neither party came, we'd probably be a blend of Bali and Thailand today.

🔴 Brother Myer, as a Muslim, do you agree with the Islamic tradition that according to Quran Chapter 4 Verse 3, a Muslim man can MARRY UP TO FOUR WIVES? Do you think this is morally good in the eyes of God?
@aeyshaeman47527 ай бұрын
its just permission not necessary why makes it tough, in our country only one wife have a family

@@aeyshaeman4752 I'm just asking my friend Myer if it's okay to have four wives because he's been talking to locals in the Philippines, so does he encourage or discourage locals from doing that? The practice is based on the Quran, do you believe in the Quran, brother?
@htruth17857 ай бұрын
Throughout history, and even today in many parts of the world today, women did not work. What’s more moral a society where a husband has for wives who he provides for. Or one where women have 4 men a night simply to pay bills and provide for their family ?
@crayonmaze99707 ай бұрын
It's better to have 4 wives than cheating 1 wife with 3 women.
@jayyjay80827 ай бұрын
Catholic Christianity strictly prohibits having multiple wives nor marriage at a young age in obedience to our Lord Jesus. Jesus says "a man should be joined to his wife, and they will become ONE FLESH" (Matthew 19:3-6). Jesus defines adultery as EVEN LOOKING AT ANOTHER WOMAN LUSTFULLY (Matthew 5:27-28). In Islam, they are all allowed, sadly Muhammad had multiple wives,* the saddest one was having a SIX YEAR OLD WIFE named Aisha. According to Ahadith, Muhammad consummated his marriage (sexual intercourse) to Aisha when she was NINE YEARS OLD. Therefore, the Jesus Christ of the Bible is more righteous and superior than Allah and Muhammad of the Qur'an. __________ * According to the biographer Ibn Hisham (d. 834), the Prophet Muhammad married THIRTEEN (13) WOMEN, including child Aisha. Come to Christ Muslims !!! ❤️❤️❤️
