Is anyone else kept getting distracted by the cool Shopify tracker in the background? It went from 275 to 288 during the hour long video. Very chill guy, loved how he explained the different phases his company went through. Sam did a great job asking the right questions.

thats the dream. making killer money from gardening. People dont realize the history of gardens. Romans made them popular and having a garden full of flowers meant you were rich enough to plant non-foods and had enough land and time to care for this recreational activity. To be making money from this is next level awesome. love it

Sam, there is so much truth to this, about beekeeping as a lifestyle business. There's a well-known influencer, Negin Mirsalehi, who started a very popular skincare and hair care line called Gisou as an offshoot of her family beekeeping business.

We had a beehive growing up as did our grandfather. When we’d get the honeycomb trays out, we’d put 3 of them in a barrel and spin them around and the honey would flow into glass jars.
@GoingGreenMom4 ай бұрын
My Dad built a barrel spinner that was 2 layers and I don't know how many went per layer, but he put a 5 gallon bucket under the spigot. Lol. I'd forgotten all about that stuff. Thanks for the memory.

Gardening significantly gained popularity after COVID-19. During the early days of the pandemic, many people turned to gardening as a coping mechanism to deal with lockdowns. Moreover, the interest in gardening peaked in various countries as COVID-19 infections peaked, suggesting a strong correlation between the pandemic and the interest in gardening.

Rofl, yeah, actual seeds. Lol. But he actually has a card catalog file that has some of each of the seeds. My favorite drawer though is labeled human remains. 😂

Be the change YOU want to see in this world. Stop telling people how to run the show they built with their sweat. You are NOT their audience. And that's the point. Move on and go manifest a better show with all the inclusivity and feminism you'd like.
