My heart breaks for this woman and her entire family. So sooo sooo sad and yet unsurprisingly how little our society knows about PDD. It’s no joke. All the doctors she went to for help prior to this should lose their license.

Dad is guilty as well. Why would he leave his 3 children with an insane person? I don't care if he ran a Boston Marathon. He is sticking with his wife who strangled his kids! Really! He is crazy as well. Probably using his undeserved GFM money to get her lawyers.

Im not buying the insanity defe😮nse she literally mapped out how long it would take her husband to get food.... the restaurant said she sounded completely lucid on the phone.....she planned to take their lives not to mention her journals admitting to not liking her kids and resenting them...she is an evil monster who premeditated this horrific act.

So heartbreaking.... will her DR also be charged with reckless endangerment as he clearly misdiagnosed and over medicated her,,, failed to keep children safe, of notify family to care 4 kids????? I really feel she cannot be charged,, and her psychiatrist should go to jail..... prayers she and her husband& family finds peace.... heartbreaking tragedy caused by a shrinks conplete incompetence,, and her gynocologist,,, all dr treating her,, she trusted as a nurse those meds would help her post pardum phychosis.... so

Lindsay and Lindsay alone is responsible for her actions at the time that she murdered her three babies. She wasn’t even taking all those prescriptions that she had been prescribed. Just because the doctor had prescribed a list of medication’s doesn’t mean that she was taking all of them because it’s been said by her husband That she was only taking a couple at the time that she murdered her children. And never mind the fact that she planned these murders so she knew right from wrong and I hope she is buried under the prison.

Psychiatry is not an exact science - there is no blood Test that will unequivocally diagnose anything that couldn’t be open to a host of other diagnoses. Psychiatrists - while there are good and bad ones - try their best and adjust on the go. Her husband was also on home office to watch her, she’d been in a top notch psych hospital and she seemed ok - how can doctors have crystal balls to know she’d off all her kids? Had they kept her in a ward longer people would say they were being awful and keeping her from her family and not understanding of her as q human. They just can’t win.

​@Tammy_26Irwin From what I gather, it basically sounds like her expectations of motherhood were poles apart from reality... And rather than humbling herself and conforming, she chose to fight against it. She went "doctor shopping" for a diagnosis they wouldn't give her, reality refused to give her "her way," and rather than accepting it, she fought against it and made herself worse and worse over time.

oh ok so EVERYONE is to blame, EXCEPT her - do you realize if we followed that logic with every crime, everyone would be in prison except all the people that committed the crimes, they would be roaming around free? (because everyone else is to blame) are you not willing to think that Lindsey manipulated them? what type of mother writes in a journal that she resents her children, and then googles the amount of time for her husband to pick up food - so she had enough time for the act - because SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!!!!!!!!!
