And if people doubt this expert, they need to look up the many, many examples of dog bites to look at. I did - yes, dog bites! The owner of the house had a large dog. I hear they took the dog out of the picture soon after. WHY did the cops NOT go into the house where the party was? They'd have to arrest most of them because they were drunk and going to drive!

This is total BS! What a horrible prosecution and shame on the judge for allowing this particular examination of this witness to go this far. She is an expert witness, not a personal witness to this crime. I cannot understand why the judicial system is allowing this type of questioning. She is either an "expert" or not!!! Move forward!!!! She obviously has the day-to-day experience that an emergency room physician would have. This is not a trial.....only a hearing to determine her expertise. She is most definitely qualified to testify! This is a perfect example of justice trying to bankrupt an innocent woman with all the consuming resources of the Commonwealth. The government is paying the commonwealth tab...... shame on the system for allowing this farce of a motion hearing!! Thy either have a case or they do not! But how does a "dog bite" on the arm kill someone. Those wounds would not have killed him. His torso pink/red like he had been hit by something. There plastic from the headlight in the wound. No dog DNA doesn't look like a dog bite and his body in the background of the picture looks damaged. I have no respect for Karen Read supporters because you have be stupid to suggest those wounds on the arm had anything to do with his death.

1) proving a dog attacked him places doubt on the prosecution's theory, which is sometimes all you need for the jury to find someone not guilty 2) "as if his torso was pink/red" the women who found him performed CPR and the EMTs performed chest compressions 3) there was no plastic found in the wounds; the (microscopic) plastic was found in his clothes. Brennan just mistated evidence in this hearing 4) only the clothes were swabbed for DNA, not the wounds, and that was after they had been soaked in snow. There is also a broken chain of custody involving the clothes that places doubt on their reliability 5) ngl to me it looks more like an animal attack than like the taillight exploded, but that's why we potential jurors are provided with expert testimony from both sides 6) John O'Keefe was killed by a blow to the back of his head, followed by hypothermia. That's all we know. Don't go calling others stupid when you are so ignorant about a case

As much as I like this expert if I’m the jury I’m not giving much weight to this testimony. The medical examiner testified that she can’t say for certain that he was struck by a vehicle so because of that I don’t think this testimony matters

he had no bruising or broken bones from the waist up. if he got hit by a car, he would have had broken bones and bruising. That is what the medical examiner said. Why wont the albert's say where the dog is. why hide that info.
