Neighbors called the news media stations and police etc. trying to get help and to report her reckless behavior and strange behavior with guns etc. but the neighbors were ignored or told there was nothing that could be done unless Moreno hurt someone. Well, she did, didn't she. There were so many red flags that no one did anything about. This is the fault bad laws and bad judgment on the part of the authorities and everyone who could have stepped in and helped.
