Spinach has oxalic acid, so you can't drink it every day, just like rhubarb, for example. It is very important to eat or drink a variety of foods, otherwise you can get kidney stones

Received my kidney transplant 6 years later and Iam still here. Will be trying some juices because there’s many days I still feel sick, bloated, fatigued and drained. I used warm epson salt soak alternating with ice pack compress, 10 minutes back and forth like twice. I did it again a few days later when it started to hurt again. It went away for the most part. Now i just use tiger balm ocassionally. The cheap stuff from dollar tree works and even vicks rub.

“Love is what reversed Dr. Goldner’s auto immune disease”. In my case, it was the opposite. It was a very toxic relationship that lead me to a diagnosis of an auto immune disease. I didn’t realized before that stress is slowly killing me. Now, I’m finding ways to manage this disease since there is no cure. Hope that I respond to plant based diet and juicing. But hopefully, medical science can also improve treatments such as immunotherapy.

Yes love is the best medicine. Medical science is evolving and the same time, new ailments are coming into the picture, going back to the mother nature is the only option to get healed from these chronic illnesses. I'm definitely going to make these green smoothies for me and the Hubs. we definitely have been combating inflammation for years ending in chronic conditions (diabetes type 2, cancer, seasonal allergies, eczema)..yes, the the type of foods we eat does matter..But the human body is AMAZING! We've adapted a more healthier lifestyle to include juicing, but having Dr. Goldner's info about the "greens" more in-depth and knowing I can make a smoothie my hubs will drink (he doesn't care too much for veggies the way I do)...so here's to another booster challenge for us to integrate into our lifestyle - thanks Dr. G - i've even bought your book and it's on my Kindle...I'll be reading it and applying this to us - appreciate your knowledge and can make it adaptable to us. Plus I really want to get off my meds (eventually)...THANKS A BUNCH!

I think I am healed(in 7 days). Will confirm with blood tests. I was diagnosed with RA after COVID vaccination (coincidence??). There is no RA in the family and never had anything of this sort before. It all started with fingers and other joints making popping sounds. Then started feeling pain in fingers and also had a trigger thumb. Had symptomatic pain in elbows and shoulder joints. Had Plantar fasciitis. I saw my body starting to deteriorate rapidly. I was terribly afraid. Did hours of research in the net. I learnt about healing powers of fasting and diet. First attempt: I tried water fasting for 5 days few months ago. The results were remarkable. Trigger thumb, finger pains and shoulder/elbow pains were gone. Headache was gone. I was back on my vegan diet(I am a lifelong vegetarian and an intermittent vegan...) Unfortunately, I like snacking :) I enjoyed few fried items "everyday". Big mistake. All symptoms came back, except for trigger thumb. It was painful for me to lift my shoulders above my head again(I was able to, but with some pain). Finger(s) pain came back. Second attempt: Immediately after, I started taking proteolytic enzyme(amazon), moringa capsules(amazon), ginger powder(homemade). Took only green smoothie with fruits for 3 days with plenty of water and 0.5 cup flax seed/chia seed (Dr Goldner recommendation). Followed with only raw salad, fruits for 4 days. My everyday cluster headache is COMPLETELY gone(I was taking excedrin almost everyday). My shoulder(s)/elbow pain gone....My fingers are 90% better and it continues to heal. There is a mild discomfort(fingers) in the morning for just 1 minute, which I am sure will be gone in 10days max. There is no more body ache. I sleep like a log. I have so much energy during the day. Feeling liberated....Unbelievable!!!! I was/am able to do the above with complete faith in the infinte almighty. Current experiment: I am starting to include one food at a time to see how my body reacts to each food, so I will know what I can include/exclude. Slowly, I shall see what happens if I stop proteolytic enzyme also. I don't want to be dependent on supplements or any medications. I am looking at making my food as medicine. I hope the above details will be of some help to people who are looking for a cure. Trust me, this solution is very simple and doable. There is no complexity at all in this. If I can do it, anyone can. You all will be MOST DEFINITELY healed.
@RosbiQ9 ай бұрын
Great job. Thanks for sharing. I’m going to start tomorrow. Similar symptoms as yours and worse.
@lighthearted1089 ай бұрын
@@RosbiQ You can do it and you will be healed. Apart from diet, supplements etc....please seek out the infinite power (within you and outside of you) to heal you. My fingers, for the most part, are asymptomatic except in the morning for one minute or so..... Yet, I can see that they are healing, but slowly. I am now able to crack few of my fingers that I was not able to pop(crack knuckles) before. I continue to take Moringa, ginger, proteolytic enzyme. I am planning to stick to Morning and ginger for life, since they both are natural. Moringa, the superfood, has all the minerals and ginger is antiinflammatory.

Beautiful interview and she is a good doctor too!, but the spinach is high in calcium for kidneys and the fruits that you put are high in sugar especially those kind of fruit ! God bless you
@bryant4752 ай бұрын
Nope, you don't have to worry about calcium from spinach or other greens, worry about the calcium in milk/cheese/yogurt (dairy) + the other issues with dairy like saturated fat/cholesteroI, hormones, antibiotics, casein/whey protein, etc. Also, you don't have to worry about sugar from fruits, because of the fiber, phytonutrients/antioxidants, vitamins/minerals, etc. The sugar to avoid is processed/refined sugars, like white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. Which are found in processed foods like candies, pastries, donuts, soda, etc. Healthy sweeteners also include dates/date syrup and maple syrup :)

I have tried to drink less than she is making here, drink my weight in water and eat and it's really difficult. I'm 5'3 and my body just can't drink all of this and eat but I'm trying. She is a much bigger woman so I think maybe less of the amount of smoothie for me??

@macobats. Dr Goldner is as thin as a rail. She may be a taller than you but I highly doubt you're as thin as she is.

@@danacaro-herman3530 Firstly, how do you have a clue how thin I am? You highly doubt? lol. She's a big woman even through she is thin. I have a couple of girlfriends very tall and thin and they need to eat and drink way more than I do. Ignorant comment Dana

@@macobats Aww that's not nice to say 😅. I'm not ignorant, I just know you're probably not as thin, prettier yes but not as thin 😅

@@danacaro-herman3530 I'm sorry but it's an ignorant comment, I didn't say YOU were ignorant. It has nothing to do with her weight. It's clear she is thin but she is a big woman. I'm 5'3.5 120 lbs, much smaller. You do not know what you are talking about. Now go bother someone else with your foolishness. Have a nice night.

At 13:00 she kind of explains the reason for that amount. I don't think she really intended for you to drink all of that in one setting. Maybe split the smoothy for morning, afternoon, and evening. It does seem a bit much though. I would at least experiment for yourself to see what works.

Well I love smoothies an I have M.S. an I do good because I don’t take medicines an eat healthy all the time. But I’m allergic to pineapples, so I don’t blend pineapples into my smoothies
