Thank you for this. Im currently a cna for 3 months and ive received pt feedback from my colleagues that i was very patient (lol) when he was ranting to me about the lab tech messing up his test. I always reflected his feelings , affirmed his frustration, and kept listening. Im proud of myself, and ill keep improving.

Thanks for doing this! All the info was really helpful! I ended up in your channel because my teacher recommended this video. While I watched I noticed your accent (your English is super good by the way!), so I got curious and saw your other videos and it made me wanna be your friend!! haha 😂 I'm from Brazil and English is also my second language!!
