Sardar pav bhaji ki ye best video hai. Waise humari mummy bhi pav bhahi banati hai jab matar ki sabji bohot saari bachi rehti hai. Itna saara butter to nahi deti hai but bhar bhar ke pyar deti hai. Uska bhi taste bohot achha hota hai.

Their secret to the taste is loads of butter! Been here many times during my younger days and the butter made it so heavy that it was hard to eat one plate bhaji by yourself. Most times would share that one plate with a friend!

garlic paste is with red chillies and maybe tomato and those are white peas... do note that if yiu r making at home...use double amount of Tomato you will use..trust me it will taste like restaurant pav bhaji
