To improve the taste of buttermilk and make drinkable finely grind 1. 1-3 Long Green Chillies preferably the Byadgee variety or as khara as you wish. Very often I skip the 🌶 part. 2. 1inch ginger. 3. 1 sprig curry leaves (kadee patta) 3. 1 handful coriander leaves 4. 2-3 clove garlic (optional) 5. Salt to taste. Now bring up the volume of the buttermilk to 1L by adding cold (🥶) water. Serve at the end of the meal. Specially if it’s a festival or wedding meal your guests will bless you. If you do not dilute the buttermilk it can be served with Hotttttt Khichadee, Ghee & Papad. (In a way it’s an un cooked Khadee without the besan).

At end of ghee making process you can add some cumin, rock salt, and small moringa leaves. It will gives superb aroma and taste to the ghee.

Butter milk is the liquid that is separated from butter.... And to make ghee it is mandatory to make butter. I didn't understand what u said here.

@@safeenanaz6661 my mother didn't know that the solid part which is separated from the buttermilk can be solidified and it becomes butter. She does the exact same process but throw the buttermilk and uses the solid part to make ghee.

i used to make yoghurt years ago!! all you need is, FULL FAT MILK, SOME YOGHURT, VACUUM FLASK. boil the milk, let it cool to blood temperature, pour it into a vacuum flask with just a tablespoon of yoghurt, close the vacuum , give it one gentle shake, and leave it for overnight. You will have yoghurt in the morning.

Take a cup of cream in a bottle full of cold water and Shake it well for 10 minutes. you will get butter floating. Transfer the whole thing to a vessel and collect the butter. The rest is the butter milk for drinking.

Mene local farm cow milk liya hai.. Aap amul gold bhi le sakte hai usme kaafi quantity mai cream(malai) nikalti hai 1 kg hi bot hai regular malai ke liye... Mere milk ka fat content 3.5 % hi tha but still itna sara butter ho gaya.. Amul gold mai 6% fat hota hai..

I'm not sure about how much direct from the milk, but from watching other's videos on how to make butter from heavy cream, about 2 cups of heavy cream makes 1/2 lb. of butter, besides the leftover buttermilk. Hope that helps.

Hi, you have to boil 1.5 litre of milk everyday...you have to collect the cream from milk once in a week or 10 days and make butter...I use 1 litre of milk everyday and make butter once in 15 days

If you want good quality of buttermilk, adding buttermilk to lukewarm milk, and set it for 10-12 hours, then churn after will get good butter and buttermlk.. This should be done daily.

Thank you. I want to make sure. Are you using full fat milk or whipping cream? I never heard of making butter from milk. Only heavy (whipping) cream. Are you using raw or pasteurised milk? I often boil milk. I never see a layer of cream like in your video. I don't have access to farm fresh milk unfortunately. Only pasteurised from the supermarket. Thank you.

another option is cook the malai on medium flame till ghee separates. strain milk solids add sugar milk and cut dry fruits to it and cook till it becomes barfi/ fudge/ doda etc. it is so delicious

Traditionally butter is made from cultured cream in which we add curd or sour cream to the cream of fresh milk, collect the cream in 7-10 days and then churned the cream to make butter
