I have the super and ran out of the filament that came with the pen. I bought some more from Amazon and when I went to use it, it was off a bit, the motor sounded weird and the filament was thin looking. So I’m trying to figure out how to change the temperature setting. I used the black key and turned the knob thing but I think I made the temp lower lol I don’t understand how to change the temp with the super. It’s confusing. I set it to PLA since that’s the filament I got. The bag says the temp needs to be between 170-230° Celsius. How do I switch to that temp on the super so I know it’s set properly? I should have gotten the pro one 😅

You turn a lil screw to adjust the temp. I think for PLA you must turn the screw to positiom b but that perhaps might not be hot enough for PLA, try turning the screw between b and a I think, the middle.

So, I’m 11 and getting this pen 😅. I was wondering, do you need to heaten the plastic or freeze the plastic to harden the plastic? And do you need to hold the button for the proffesional pen to make the plastic come out? Or just press once?

The plastic heats up inside the pen. It works like a hot glue gun! Be very careful with the hot tip! For the pro you need to hold the button :)
