I tried this with aloe Vera gel on one side of my face and the gel primer on the other side... conclusion: cheaper gels will work. I love this device but don’t get fooled into thinking you HAVE to use the gel primer in order for this to work. I also took pictures doing full face of each gel and there wasn’t a difference in results from either gel. All and all... I love the device. Aloe gel works too.

Microcurrent are conducted into skin by water. Basically anything water based will work, even if it's a face mist. The thing is you don't necessarily want to spray your face every 10 seconds, a gel primer will allow better glide and last until your treatment is complete. You can simply use aloe Vera gel, organic and if possible from freshly cut an aloe Vera leaf, anything good for your skin is in there. Funny how she responded to the fake question mentioning aloe Vera just talking about serums and masks, only to say that she don't recommend using anything than their primer gel 😂

How often is this treatment recommended for aging skin, someone in their 60-70's? Is it safe for someone using Retinols regularly?
@MYNuFACE5 жыл бұрын
It's recommended to use at least 5 minutes per day, 5 days per week for the first 60 days. You can then move into maintenance mode using 2-3 days per week. The 5-minute facial-lift is all you need, but sometimes it's hard to stop once we start :) and you might want to spend a little more time targeting specific areas with the advanced holds. That's totally fine. Our client services team is always available to assist, info@mynuface.com. They're based in California and available M-F from 9am-4pm PST. Generally speaking should be fine to use with retinols. Just gauge your skin's comfort level and ask your physician if you're using a particularly powerful Retinol.

Hi there Toni! The device is safe to use on the neck area in the way shown above. We recommend slow glides on the side of the neck in an upward and out motion. This avoids the middle of the neck where the thyroid sits. If you have any known thyroid issues, we recommend skipping the neck portion and focusing on the face. Let us know if you have any other questions!

The gel primer burnt me. Is there really nothing else to use? I was excited to buy it but didnt because of the severe reaction I had to the primer

I had a micro-current face lift done with a professional and you do see a difference right away but this result is temporary.

Hello, I love my NuFace Trinity and have used it for a year. Can I use a faster paced movement and do more repetitions instead of moving slow and going over 3 times? I am getting bored with the slow movement. Thank you
@MYNuFACE2 жыл бұрын
Hi love! For the Mini & Trinity® device we suggest that you do your routine for 5 minutes a day when using the Trintiy or Mini device. For the Wrinkle reducer attachment, there are 7 target zones. We suggest that you hold your device for 3 minutes on each zone for a total of 21 minutes.

This was very informative! Finally a video that shows exactly how to do the neck and full face, You used the nuface very close to the middle of the neck, I thought we had to stay away from that area.

Is that normal if I have a little bit red skin, after doing therapy for the first time, with nuface. Now in the morning is everything OK. I was doing on maximum...
@brankamalovic88814 жыл бұрын
Second day I put gel first. And I didn't have red skin. First day I put something else on skin, hyaloronic lothion and it's not OK. Obviously. Do you have an option to put some oil or something else before doing a therapy?

@Nuface Do you wipe the attachment head with water and/or an alcohol wipe before a session? I’m afraid of dust building up while I’m charging it at night. If so, how long do you wait after wiping can you start a session? Thank you!
@MYNuFACE2 жыл бұрын
Hi love! As for taking care of your device- use a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth with water or rubbing alcohol to clean your device after every treatment. Do not immerse device in water at any time. Hope this helps! 😇

I have the Trinity + Pro and there are no intensity markings on the device. The on and off button seems to make the different lights go on and off....I'm not sure what the top button does yet.... but it's hard to tell as a Beginner if I'm using the lightest setting

Can't you leave the gel on or massage it into the skin if it contains hyaluronic acid?
@MYNuFACE3 жыл бұрын
Yes! We suggest your final step of the routine to be massaging in any excess NuFACE Activator (applies to leave-on formulas; if not a leave-on then remove excess) . Hope this helps! xx

So upset that my nuface stopped working today😥😥. I've taken excellent care of it & now it just stopped working? It shows its fully charged but doesn't turn on😥😥. I'm devastated. I really loved the results. It was very spendy but I pampered myself. I bought it from a reputable seller. Its only 7 months old. So depressing😥. I hope they can help me replace it.

Thank you for the video. I just got my trinity+antiwrinkle and the instructions brochure it's too brief for beginners...Can you use your vitamin sC serum over the gel or should I clean my face first? thanks
@MYNuFACE3 жыл бұрын
Hi Maria! We recommend cleansing, lifting with your device, then following with your usual skincare routine. You may wash your gel off or leave it on and continue with your serum. This is a total personal preference. We hope this helps! 🤍 xx

I agree about brochure is too brief and confusing, hence my watching this video. The basic procedure she is doing is not made clear in the brochure.

What is the best way to clean the NuFace and with what?
@MYNuFACE5 жыл бұрын
HI Tonya! We recommend cleaning your device with a lightly damp, soft washcloth. Remove any remaining gel from the device spheres and lightly clean the base. If you are sharing the device with someone else, you can sanitize the spheres by using an alcohol wipe. Let us know if you have any other questions!

I tought i was the only one.. I've never in my life broke out like this before 😳
@MYNuFACE6 жыл бұрын
Hi Kelly, sorry to hear this. We have several formulas - Hydrating Leave On and 24K in Brighten and Firm. Removing after use is also an option that may help. Some clients have shared they use alternatives like aloe, but we have not tested with other products and cannot vouch for the effectiveness. Be sure anything you use is oil free and worthy of being put on your face.

Can water just be used? The gel caused small white acne like bumps all over my face. It’s not a pretty look.
@MYNuFACE5 жыл бұрын
Hi! Definitely don't use water. You need something more conductive that also provide that nice glide to ensure you;re never tugging on your skin. We have several gel primer formulas so you might try the 24K firm or brighten, or the hydrating leave-on if you're using the original gel and removing after your treatment is always an option if you have more sensitive skin. Some clients report using other conductors, but we strongly encourage you not to stray as we can't vouch for what's in other products. We know our gel primers were created by microcurrent aestheticians to ensure the very best device results.

do you feel anything when doing the treatment! any vibration or tingling.
@MYNuFACE3 жыл бұрын
Hi! If you are using your NuFACE microcurrent device properly, with a layer of NuFACE Activator covering your skin, you should feel little to no sensation at all. The NuFACE devices do not vibrate or contract the muscles; the microcurrent gently stimulates the face with the low-level electrical current xx
