Thank you very much I enjoyed your tutorial. My hamstrings are really, really tight. I used to roll using a small red ball and followed instructions in a book called "Body rolling workout“ by Yamuna Zake.. I had back surgery (spinal fusion L5 to us toS2 in 1998) I was left with neuropathic pain radiating down the back of my leg 2000. I had an implant, which they called a spinal cord stimulator implanted to control the pain but, as you may know, it doesn’t really help very much. With the bumpy rollers, I get better pain relief. I do appreciate all these tutorials on KZbin concerning the problem I have.. Thank you very much. There are probably a lot of people like me, all in the same boat so, what you are doing is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi. This was great. Do you have more videis like this? I looked quickly & didn't see. I am so tight & sore when I use a roller that I never use it. I get massges & acupuncture but when I roll it kills all over even when I hold areas for 20 seconds to 3 mins. Should I do this daily or every other day? Will the fascia end up releasing? Im assuming I would need to do this gorever or Ill go back to being sore & tight again. Thank you so much

Cool, I've found the hamstrings are much easier to hit sitting on a hard chair with something under your leg. Takes all the pressure off your shoulders

This has and will NEVER work on the gastrocnemus. What a contradiction that Johnathan kuttner teaches dry needling and ALL pain science states that dry needling is superior to ischemic techniques. From experience there is no way to get local twitch responses on the gastrocnemus with a foam roller. This video is very misinforming
