Holy Moly! Who knew I had so many juicy points! Joelle thank you for another great session. I would love it if you could do a 10 minute roller session. That said, this 20 minute one will definitely become part of my practice rotation.

Hey Joelle! I just bought a quality roller for my home gym because there is such a big spash about the benefits gained from these. YOU are my crash course instructor and I will definitely say with full confidence, your flow is a perfect guideline for my needs. I felt fully energized and ready to go with my free weights and resistance training. I did your 20 min. stretch again post work out and this made my day without the soreness gained from the weights. This was soooo helpful. My dance teacher always recommends foam rolling but I wasn't doing well on my own and got really frustrated. I appreciate the guidance! The upper back portion felt great!!

Loved it and yesss please more foam rolling classes! I felt a lot in the right side of the upper back, (a sore spot for me) and in the knee-pits 🧐. Now I can massage these spot better 😌. Thank you so much! ❤

Amazon! There's lots of different kinds that are quite affordable, I'd recommend one without the "teeth" if you're starting out as they can be quite intense! 😉

This is amazing. I would love more of these. Also a recommendation on what type of foam roller to use (I’m using a hard styrofoam roller my husband got for his PT).

I've got a 10-minute class here as well in case you haven't tried it yet: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKeZhIZpi5iBkNU And a styrofoam roller tends to work well, there are different variations of firmness that can create differing levels of intensity (the "toughest" ones are usually the ones with "teeth"). Personally I like a medium firmness, so it sounds like yours and mine may be similar!

This was my first experience with a foam roller. It's a rather hard one and I found it to be if not quite painful, definitely uncomfortable. Not something I would want to do regularly. The class was really good and I am considering doing it with a wheel instead.

I should really do this more often! I thought about 2 of your favorite adjectives while feeling all the tensions during the roll - yummy and juicy :) Now I understand what they mean by the pleasure of pain! Hopefully, no one was outside my door. Can’t blame them if they start wondering what’s going on in my exercise room 😅
