Tongue around the world - 15 times each direction, 3 times a day
Monkey face - 10 seconds x 10
Puffs - 5 seconds each (left, right, upper, lower) x 5
Tongue pull - at least 5 min or as long as possible
Tongue push - 10 seconds x 10
Tongue push ups - 10 times
*At rest, always remember to keep your tongue on "the spot"*
