I was 4'11" 120 lbs and made national history as the first female to score a rushing touchdown in a Male highschool football game. Playing against seniors as big as college football players. I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. I think I may have this condition. I could really use a test on this myostatin. It all makes sense to me now. I know I was told I have a 70% chance of dying in 5 years. I think I read that myostatin cardiomyopathy is a better prognosis. I want to increase myostatin if that would help.

Oh btw creatine will also help retain water weight causing you to gain more muscle, the majority of test on creatine say there is no harm.

The biggest natural blocker of myostatin is resistance training.

Sunlight and raw cocoa powder lowers myostatin. Also fullbody training gives a greater response on lowering myostatin as opposed to splits
