I had both of these for the Wii, as well as Agents, and the much-less-played Skyheroes. What I'll tell you is what I remember. I feel like each MySims game takes place in a separate universe. In fact, in Agents, in one of the dispatch missions, if you send AGENT Rosalyn on it, she can see her MySims counterpart. Certainly, planting trees of the desired essences helps you get the essence faster, as you have more sources; watering the tree also makes essences appear. Which is, by the way, a good idea when you see a brown tree. No, struggling to place 3D blocks in a 3D space using a 2D interface is the experience I remember. You get it into position and ready to place with A... only to find that pressing A moved the Wiimote down enough to place the block closer to you or farther down than you wanted. Blocks lock into place better if you use the block it wants; sometimes, you can't do that and fulfill the essence requirements, but that's not the case here. Oh, only the starting island is medieval. You'll see a lot of different aesthetics. If you regretted entering Violet's house, just wait...

You didn't even get through the tutorial? 😅 I always wished they would release another MySims this game after the Animal Crossing boom, but this is good too. The first one is practically AC with more interactivity, but it could really benefit from more dialogue with the villagers.

I think my only complaint is that the graphics look EXACTLY the same as the wii- i lowkey wanted a little more customization options but it’s such a great game.

Could probably be fun if you like making your own furniture. But I don't. lol I also assume there's no online so you probably can't visit other people's towns.

There was online in the PC version where you and your friends could build a town together but it isn't in the Switch version.

I am a little sad that they didn't release MySims Kingdom on the actual EA pc app. They already have original MySims, and I think it'd be cool for the spinoffs to be there too.

You know how to get ensconces you need to go to: fishing, shaking trees, digging mines under for treasure, ocean for fishing, SIM characters who like to give you the point of items, and the train like to take you to a new area it’s different ensconces,!!!!!!
