Gita mami today l made Mysore pak as per your instructions and measurement. It came superb. I made for our 25th Wedding Aniversary. This is 1st time l made. It came very nice. My son and daughter both are liked so much. Every Diwali l used preparing Bhoondhi laddo, Rava ladoo, coconut burfi etc. Thanks for sharing.

I tried this method yesterday.. Came out really well.. Naan munnaadi vera method la try pannen.. Mysorepak kudikkara madiri aagiduthu :-( But unga method was so easy to follow.. Engaathukkaar kitta irundha ore paaraattu mazhai.. Thx a lot :-)

Ghee is very good for health. Ghee makes bones strong and also prevents sugar craving. Indians fell prey to the western false propaganda that demonized ghee and all the good fats. Now Keto diet is raging which is high fat, medium protein and low carb. West changes by the day.
