This is my favourite sweet but a little difficult to obtain the consistency. Thanks for showing the method. However, I was a little disappointed that you didn't show the final cut pieces properly. In your video they also appeared to be ripped and broken. I would love to see the cut pieces with orange to brown centre and yellow top, with a lot of press, a bit hard to bite and allow dissolve the bitten pieces in the mouth like caramel.
