This gives me strong BLAME! vibes. The idea of having BLAME! as a game would be amazing! You have a single weapon, and you have to traverse up through all the floors looking for the Net Terminal Gene, but the more floors you cover, the harder the enemies and bosses get, and you have the potential to fall through floors! djsgkjfs That would be so dope!! Though using the movie as an example, There's no way it would be able to cover the whole plot that the manga has, but still, it would be so cool! I bet it would inspire Tsutomu Nihei to do a reboot maybe :3

Plot twist: The Little Nightmares universe has somewhat manage to break the timeloop and ended the nightmarish signal tower, because of this, life goes back to where it was.. However as life of this universe passes, curiosity has grew and now this is the future without the timeloop

@@__T.O.G. It's a manga. I said that this for some reason gave me BLAME! vibes because the manga takes place in a neverending "city"(more like an enormous megastructure). It's a pretty good manga, but it's not for everyone since it barely explains anything at all, and the art(at the start at least. It gets better the further in you get) is a bit weird. If you like liminal space stuff, or some old school cyberpunk, you might like it

So while we haven’t seen any of this in action seeing the team at about 3:22 and them all looking vastly different to each other could mean we have to use each of them at different points in the game with each one having a different skill set like maybe the big one is able to move though water areas that the others can’t reach. It would be an interesting game mechanic if that is something they are doing (I know it’s a massive jump for a few second clip)

May be in another timeline six didn't drop mono and they escaped from pale city. Therefore six wasn’t caught as prisoner in the maw, So LN 1 didn’t happen. Now they are out in the world to explore it.
