Mystery abandon building found in the woods surrounded by water!!!!

Me and my friend Brandon found a abandon concrete building surrounded by water and a abandon house trailer in the middle of the woods miles away from civilization! It also has powerlines in the same vicinity and was definitely made to be hidden. Also something I forgot to add in the video is we also found that 100 feet from the building on all sides were hills that were put there to make sure it was definitely well hidden. Is it somebody's house they were going to make? or a government/state Hidden project hopefully one day we will find out. Since the video I have contacted the private owner who owned the land in the 1990s but he has yet to contact me back. Comment if you have any information!

zx6r09 behind caldwell pools on Mahoning going towards Bristol. Be careful though it's all private property my buddy lives by that so we got to it
