Problem with the call there is like the announcers said, even some of his bluffs get there. He thought he was bluffing, but had her out pipped the whole way.

Usually you wouldn't expect tens playing like at this high level tho, especially not blind versus blind. you got so much showdown equity against 7x that its wasting money turning this hand into a bluff in the long run.

Yea, I love the b4ll$ on Liv here, but no way I'm making that call. I read bluff as well, but there are too many bluffs that hit & beat you by the river on that board. I wasn't expecting pocket 10s, but maybe some random jack-X straight-draw that paired on the river or something. Liv's great tho, I can't really fault her for that read. Dude played those 10s like he had complete air.

@@alexwillhill The CR on the flop isn't that bad but he needs to check the turn because all Qs are going to continue and will be in her range, so barrelling the turn makes no sense, then on the river, he shouldn't expect a Q to fold, so betting on the river also makes no sense. Is she has a Q, he just makes himself look like an idiot but somehow because she had a 7, people in the comments think he's a genius. lol

Noob. You risk exiting the tournament. There is no point in jamming because only better hands call. And even if you think he is weak, you are never 100% sure. You have showdown value. To answer your question, you have showdown value. You don't want to risk exiting the tourney if you are wrong.

You can ofc turn a 7 into a bluff but when your opponent has already shown strength, why risk bluffing behind when you can just bluff-catch him and stay in the tournament in case you are wrong. TT is never in a semi bluff range here, if he is trapping preflop, he should be betting flop or check calling every street. As for J10, maybe Jc10c, but that hand likely checks the river after picking up showdown value. This is just playing bad, no idea what you are doing hand.

Neither is in her Range based on the action. AT will re-raise preflop mostly, probably not betting the flop for a small sizing. T9 will be there preflop but offsuit combos will fold to the flop XR, T9s will mostly re-raise preflop, it is only viable combo there potentially. Think he just bet it because he thought she would fold Q3-Q9 but call QT? Is my guess. Think it is a weird play.
