Have you thought about getting a turntable that plays 45s and experience 45s with all the crackles and pops just like in olden times? As a kid, the pops & crackles distinguished your copy from everyone else's. I have never heard of this guy but I liked the second song. Excellent reaction.

Sixties r & b legend Smokey Robinson wrote the song "My Girl", recorded by The Temptations. Their live on TV performance, complete with fancy footwork, shouldn't be missed!

I think this (the first track) comes under the label of 'Tamla Motown' which was a genre of music mainly during the 1960's and very popular at the time in the 'discotheques' (later shortened to 'discos', now just referred to as 'clubs'). The second track is a blues type of number.

Hey Silas, you should ask your dad and/or uncle about the Elton John song "Tiny Dancer" which was featured in the movie "Almost Famous". You'd love that song!

His two biggest hits were "Any Day Now" & "I Don't Want to Cry" depending on your age you might not have heard of him.

Ha! Not my cup of tea, but it’s fun to what kind of stuff you dig up. I had never heard of this artist. I liked side B more than A.

Good 2nd track instrumental but the audio was a bit tinny sounding to me. The first song didn't grab me either. lol but I like that you rate all these! Thanks for the "reviews"

No they didn't. You might be thinking of the song called simply Chains which was a hit by the Cookies. That one the Beatles covered on their first album.
