Nice! For some reason it's hard to find reviews of Mystery Ranch packs even though they're pretty popular. Thanks!

We love the design and build of these packs. Thanks for the comment!

Cool pack. Some great ideas put into use. I have a few packs, I mostly use a HMG Southwest 3500 in summer for hammocking and an Exped lightning for tent camping etc. My main go to pack though which I use year round for when I know it’s gonna be hard going etc is my Exped Expedition 100. It’s the pack equivalent of a tank and fallout shelter in one!!! 👍🏻😁👍🏻 Any chance of you guys n gals maybe doing one of your reviews on the Exped Expedition 100, if you stock it. Would love to hear your take on it. Anyway, love this channel, gutted I live in the UK, although it’s probably a good thing as every time I watch your vids in my head I’m making lots of “oohs” and “aaah, I need that” or “I gotta get those/that” Fantastic production, narration and review/information as always 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Kindest regards Dean Wales, UK

Thanks Dean. We've been really impressed with the durability and construction of the Mystery Ranch packs. At the moment, we don't carry the Exped Expedition 100, so we won't be reviewing it in the immediate future. It does look like a cool pack. Stay tuned!

Nice review. But the pack is a little too small for my taste. The Norwegian climate/temperature makes it necessary to haul more bulky gear (sleep system, warm clothing, food, burner fuel and so on) 🇳🇴 Any chance you guys will do a review of the new Mystery Ranch Blackjack 80? It’s the civilian version of the USSOCOM Patrol pack. The pack got several pockets on the outside for smart organization 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for your comment! We don't currently carry the Blackjack 80, but you can check out all the Mystery Ranch Packs we carry here: www.backcountryedge.com/brand/mystery_ranch.html

can you do a video on the Coulee 40? I cant find a video anywhere on it.

Unfortunately, we're not carrying the Coulee so we don't have one available to demonstrate. Looks like a rad daypack though.

Hello, I was wondering if the glacier was out of style? What are the main upgrades of the new model, and what are the advantages compared with the old model? thank you
@Enwild6 жыл бұрын
We're still waiting for the 2019 Glacier packs to arrive, so we haven't gotten our hands on one yet. We suspect its mostly updated colors, and perhaps a slight tweak to some of the materials. Stay tuned, we'll have a video of the 2019 models once we receive them. Thanks for watching!

who makes the better suspension system mystery ranch or osprey? for loads 50lbs or more
@Enwild6 жыл бұрын
That's a hard one to answer concisely. Mystery Ranch certainly has a focus on building load bearing, durable packs with rugged framing! Both brands, however, have packs that can handle a large load. For loads of 50 lbs or more, we'd recommend comparing the Glacier to the Men's Osprey Aether or Xenith series. The glacier is rated for 90lbs and non of the Ospreys are rated for more than 70. I have done weighted cardio with the Glacier with 50lbs and once on the back it doesn't really feel any different than 25.
@fallout11162 жыл бұрын
MR, hands down. Ospreys are built for light weight and comfort, not heavy loads.
