Hi l have made my fruit cake two weeks ago, l haven’t eat yet just feeding the cake so far. Your recipe was very easy to follow. Will let you know how it turned out. Just wanted to know should l keep the cake in the refrigerator every time l feed it. Since l am watching your channel from Sydney Australia so it’s summer here and it’s getting hotter. Worried will my cake get spoiled. I have wrapped in baking sheet and kept it in a air tight container in my pantry. Please help. Thank you for this beautiful recipe 🙏

@angelinevaz5107 Hi, thank you for your question. If you are encountering extremely hot weather conditions, I would definitely store the wrapped cake in the refrigerator. Obviously, thoroughly bring back to room temperature before serving. Hope that helps? Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 xxx

Hi, how do I scale this up for a 10" square tin that is 3" high?

Hello I've just followed your 8" Xmas cake recipie to the letter. When I'd combined everything mine didn't look like there was any cake batter. Instead of being like your batter all beige creamy batter mines invisible haha..I poured it in tin and could still move the fruit about. Any ideas why this has happened please.

Your video is giving different measurements to the recipie in the list. I've made that one with 110g of flour and 110 g butter etc
