Mystical Assassination 101, (a guide to limited assassination)

Trying a new format where i tier list not just the strength of a card but the pull that card provides to you, the sign the card provides to you in its placement for limited. Does this mean you can aim for this hero? Does this mean my opponents are drafting this? I try to break down the signal strength of each card for both sealed and draft in this new style of video! (for me anyway)
