Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup
Eggs yolk 2 (Room Temperature)
Eggs White 2 (Room Temperature)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbspn
Milk - 2 tbspn
Baking Powder - 1 tspn
Vanilla Essence - 1 tspn
Bake in Preheated Oven on 170°c for 30 minutes

hey i just tried this recipe for my mum’s birthday and it was successful! super moist and spongey! i added 1/4 cup thawed frozen-berries which added a great contribution to both taste and texture. highly recommend!! ❤️
