Thanks for the recipe. I've tried this today. Unfortunately it's not the same texture as Max's. Perhaps I'll adjust the flour from 2 cups to 1.5 cups next time. It's good, more floury than Max's. I'll try again. Thanks for the recipe😊

Hi my sweet ambitions, i tried this 2 days ago and it came out so good. Though the only thing i did different is added flour to my mixture because i found the batter too sweet for my liking. As a baker im used to taste my batter before baking them so i can adjust if its too sweet. Btw, i used apf and still its so good.

I wonder bakit meron pa sya powdered milk, eh meron condensed milk na? Kaya siguro nag overload ang milky taste nya! I think cashew nuts taste better than peanuts.

Hi, it seems that this is very sugary adding condensed milk will be more sweet and sticky. Can I use lesser sugar and skimmed milk powder instead of powdered milk? Thank you in advance. Seeking for advise.

There is a brown paper that is being used when you buy pandesal and bread in the bakery. Can I use it as a parchment paper? Thank you 😊

Can you add dried mango? Or will it make it too sweet. Im trying half and falf of sugar and monkfruit sweetener... it may not matter because of the condense... but ill try it and ill let you know how it turns out. I did not want to do it all the way thriugh because i know how sugar makes it moist..

Hi. I just finished baking it now. The taste is super yummy but it turned out too sticky, I can't cut it firmly. What should I do next time? I cooked it at 160degrees C, at first I set it to 40mins. But the center is still wet so I baked it for another 10-15mins. And it's still to sticky.. It turned out a little darker than yours so I decided not to cook it a little more. What do you think is the problem?

+Isabelle 16 its is naturally sticky in the middle , but you can divide the batter into 2 so it bakes easily and less sticky

When cutting cakes dipping the knife in hot water helps to get a clean cut. Works like a magic everytime! But like what she mentioned, wait for it to cool completely.

No, it needs to be powdered milk. Adding fresh milk will make the batter runny

Check if its really parchment paper , it might be wax paper and yes if it does not lift of easily on the parchment paper its still raw

Measuring in cup and in grams varies depending on the ingredients for example 1 cup of flour is 125g while sugar is 200g
