Doing more exercise doesn't burn your fat. The only way you can remove your fat is by eating calorie-deficit diet(you eat less than your body requires in a day) Everyone doesn't necessarily have a specific place where they start losing or gaining fat first. Some can gain in stomach first or underams or cheeks. the main factpr responsible for burning fat is diet indeed. Eat less starchy and carbs rich food like rice potatoes yam

I am in calorie deficient I know its not healthy but i am doing it. Not more than 900 calories per day. 2 weeks and just 3 pounds down,but belly fat is still there 😬😬 Adding 15 min of cardio and 10 min lifting ☺️

@@suraxa105 i am only 10 lb away from my ideal weight. Once i reach my weight i will be continuing healthy diet just to maintain it. Thank you for your suggestion though.

I've been lifting weights for arms workout, following full body KZbin workout videos 3x a week and eating more salads, less carbs for 1.5 months, but haven't focused on calorie deficit because I work from home and don't move much around on non-workout days. The tips in the video was definitely helpful for me. Now i understand why I've seen improvements on my arms and legs, but still have some belly fat 😂
