Good job of explaining about mouthwash. I like how how you mention that mouthwash should not be used daily. It's good diet, not smoking, brushing well daily 2-3 times, for 2-3minutes, using floss daily and seeing a good dentist like you or dental hygienist for regular dental cleanings that is critical. I just wanted to mention fluorosis can only occur when adult teeth are forming, age 8 or younger. Afte age 9, fluorosis cannot develop. Adolescent and adults do not develop fluorosis. Drinking water with fluoride and using toothpaste with fluoride daily will not cause any poisoning. I have never heard of fluoride poisoning this way. 🙂

Weak gums will get stronger by healthy diet, no sugar, not smoking(if you smoke), brushing well , getting dental cleanings, floss daily, clean your tongue. Please watch my video about gum disease which weakens gums. Mouthwash does not help with sensitivity.
