Not to leave it on make sure you turn it off after you use it there's a battery inside the Top were that little window where you see the the number Gage you lift that up and the battery goes inside. Be careful don't leave it on don't push that button too hard

I had one of these, just bought a new one. This is good to have. One of the things I found helped, especially with my core, was tiping the front end up slightly. My son in law took a 2x4 that was about 3 feet long and anchored the front stabilizers to it. I could sit straight up and lean slightly back with a pillow supporting my back. Both positions worked different areas. Flat works the legs, slight inclne sitting straight increases that, and then leaning back you can feel it work the core as well as the legs. You inspired me to pull mine out of the box and assemble it, thank you! Stay safe and healthy!

These pedals were not easy to thread & put on. At least mines was not. It makes it seem like you screw the entire pedal but you don't. You have to hold the black inner lug nut & turn & turn. I hope I enjoy the use of it. I've developed arthritis in all major joints. So when I don't get out this will be my alternative.

Well I’m here to get a little help getting my bike together without reading the directions. 😆 thanks for the info how is your update do you have bad knees also? I’m hoping this will build a muscle in my knees I’ve got bone on bone but I’ve been doing traction hanging my legs off the ground and a high chair with 5 pound weights and it seems to be relieving the stress and the pressure off the phone so if I can build the muscle up around it at the same time I will be golden!

I just bought one like yours and my pedals keep coming off after about 5 minutes of use. Did you have this problem? Maybe I just can't tighten them enough using the wrench, but it seems like they can't tighten any more.

Hi Gary, Something as simple as perforated shelf liner or a skid proof placemat will solve that problem. Dollar Tree has the shelf liner.🍃❤️🍃
