onion 2 large nos
tomato 2 large nos
garlic 15 pcs
ginger i medium pc
curry leaves 5 stalks
turmeric powder 1\4 spoon
salt 1 tbl spoon ( 1\2 tbl spoon for cooking chicken, 1\2 spoon tbl spoon for gravy
water 1 cup to cook the chicken 1\4 cup for the wash the masala off the mixy jar
whole coriander seeds 1 tbl spoon
red chilly 6 pcs
cinnamon sticks 3 small pcs
pepper corns 1\2 tbl spoon
cloves 10 nos
cardamon 6 nos
bay leaves 4 small pcs
grated coconut 1\2 cup
coconut milk 1\2 cup
fennel seed 1\2 tbl spoon
green chilly 6 or less depending on the size and spiciness
