Curd - 150 ml (1/2 cup+1 tbsp)
Lemon juice - 2 1/2 tbsp
Water- 9 cups
Salt in water - 4 tsp
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
