Turmeric - 1/2 tsp - മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി
Black pepper - 1 tbsp - കുരുമുളക് പൊടി
Onion - 960 g - സവാള
Tomato - 300 g - തക്കാളി
Ginger - 45 g - ഇഞ്ചി
Garlic - 45 g - വെളുത്തുള്ളി
Green chilly - 45 g - പച്ചമുളക്
Coriyander leaves - 30 g - മല്ലിയില
Mint leaves - 6 g - പുതിനയില
Palmolein oil - 240 ml - പാമോയിൽ
Cashew nuts - 40 g - അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പ്
Raisins - 20 g - ഉണക്ക മുന്തിരി
Ghee - 75 ml - നെയ്യ്
Cloves - 12 - ഗ്രാമ്പൂ
