Dear Sławomir, the installation of the N-Com system on the N80-8 helmet requires the use of a specific keypad adapter (letter C). The component is included in the package starting from October 2021. We therefore advise you to check the presence of the adapter inside the product package. If it is missing, the component can be ordered from your trusted dealer with the following code: SPCOM00000073. Important: check with the dealer that the SPCOM00000073 keypad adapter kit that will be supplied has been produced after October 2021 and that it contains the specific adapter for N80-8 (on the back of it you will find the letter “C”).

@@nolangroup I managed to figure out that an adapter with the letter C is required. It was not included in my set. Intercom I bought in 2017. I have not found adapters with the letter C anywhere on the Internet. Can you point me to a store where I could buy the correct adapter, or send it to me in the amount of 2 pieces?

@@nolangroup Thank you very much for your kind advice. I have attempted to purchase the correct keypad adapter (letter C) but the dealer's part lacked the "c" at the back. Still searching! :)

Dear Marc, if the keypad adapter has no letter or has letter “A”, it is not suitable for N80-8 helmet. Specific N80-8 keypad adapter has a little “C” on the rear side of the adapter.
