Noor jaleela,a smart 17 year girl born vth disabilities who loves to fly with beautiful colours.But her disabilities is not strong enough to stop her from.persuing her passion for being an artist or a vocalist or a violinist or an orator. Within her limits she had proved the impossible that persisted was no more impossible for which she had won several awards.
Apart from her dream to be an IAS officer,she forsees to become a helping hand for those who seek help. She had attended many gatherings with various individuals with mental and phisical disabilities.
