The very first time I tried this was at a home in Bangalore, perhaps 20 yrs ago. It was delicious and the lady of the house packed it for me to bring it home and it was still gd for my flight home many hrs later. There was stuffing in the brinjals, is it the same dish? I like to watch mothers feed their children to taste their dishes, it's heartwarming ♥️
