Everyone didn't care about them when they sold Indian workforce to outsiders and made cash out of them by paying peanuts saying IT bloom, empowerment etc and while building mediocrity in the sector. None of us had a problem with that. We Indians are very different. Some things I like about us too :) Now they are selling out our culture and it's roots to western scholars in the name of Murthy's library to let them regurgitate their spiteful views about our culture. The pollock guy who is heading this brigade is also heading the library. This guy is a total douche bag. NRN has told a very good point about capitalism but the same is not followed in infosys itself.. infosys is the least payer out of all its competition MNCs of India and where as CEO drag very high salary and once i also heard that there 100+ top mgmgt ppl who drawing a crore per month but freshers(20k) and upto four year experienced ppl are drawing less than 40-50 per month

You do know what the hiring standard at Infosys is right? Pay never works according to the company's whims, it's the industry standard that dictates it. For the mediocre hiring standard at Infosys and the fact they literally train poorly trained undergraduates to be productive engineers, the value created by a fresher is hardly anything. The company basically functions like a paid internship on a massive scale. The resolution is not the pay bump, but better work culture (wrt the product and computer science involved) and MUCH better hiring standards.
