Good evening ka Doctor Tany ✨. Coming in to finish the clip. I didn’t get to finish it this AM hehehe 🤭. Thank you for today’s talk on Hyperglycemic Crises and Euglycemic DKA ka. Good review plus some new knowledge too. I also looked up some additional info (for myself) just for completion. The use of SGLT-2 inhibitor in active transplant patients is new to me. In these patients with urinary Mg wasting, would you prescribe SGLT-2 inhibitor only after the patients have failed the po/iv Mg supplementation as a step therapy? Just curious… I don’t think any of them comes in generic $$$. Do more topics like these, Doctor Tany. Me like. A LOT. ❤️♥️❤️

I use it only when patient’s Mg is not better with po Mg or is limited by diarrhea.
