நாட்டுக்கோழி தண்ணிக்குழம்பு இப்படி மசாலா அரைத்து செய்து பாருங்கள் அம்புட்டு ருசியா இருக்கும்
Village style Nattu koli thanni kulambhu
Ingredients
*Coriander seeds 4tbspn
Cumins 1 spn
Fennel seeds 1spn
Pepper 1 spn
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1
Curry leaves
Red chilly 6 (as per ur spice level )
Rice 1 tbspn
Dry roast all ingredients n allow it to cool

Gingelly oil 2 tbspn
Shallots 500 gms
Curry leaves
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 8
Salt
Tomato 1
Sautee well
*
*Now grind dry roasted spices
Then add sautéed Shallots n tomato mixture
*ADD Gingelly oil 2tbspn in a pressure cooker
Add Cumins/Jeera
Add curry leaves
Add Nattu Kozhi / country chicken 1kg
Add salt n Turmeric
Sautee well till water separates
Add water , ground masala ( take some masala n keep aside to prepare a chicken dry Roast)
Bring it to boil
Cover n cook for 7 whistles (medium flame )
