This is my opinion about whats a great flight too, not exactly this but to experience something interesting and rare. Great flights isnt about first class seats or impeccable service, something as simple as eating an exotic fish meal beats every crappy salmon served in 1st class. My best flight ever had zero comfort, no meal, no drinks, no attendant and very strong wind.

Absolutely the most beautiful island in the Pacific. The Polynesian are the most friendly people in the Pacific. I was there in the 80's doing garments businesses. Always love the place, the people, the food and the beautiful islands. Bora Bora , always that beautiful until now. I used to fly there by UTA , a French long haul carrier , made a few stops from Singapore- Jakarta - Noumea - Tahiti ( FAAA) Too sad, i m old now, in my 80s ,can no longer travel to Tahiti anymore. But, the memories will always be with me forever. Thank you to the people of Tahiti and thank you Tahiti.

Tahiti, heavenly paradise on earth. ATN has a gorge livery. Exiting/Boarding via tar mac is a rarity, especially onto a jumbo, these days. Absolutely stunning views.

I love their Dreamliner 787-9s. I was on one in business class, nonstop from LAX to Paris in 2019 and it was wonderful. Food was excellent and the cabin air was great, no static dry air at all.

I was there in 2019, the island of Tahiti itself is great, especially the wild interior, but the real beauty of French Polynesia is on the outer islands, Bora Bora, Huahine, the Tuamotu archipelago, the Marquesas islands, the Gambier, it's literally the postcard definition of paradise on Earth, you still get all the modern world comfort but free from all the stress, pollution, crowds and other problems of bigger places.

I flew Air Tahiti Nui in late May and enjoyed them so much. I was supposed to fly that flight from Auckland to Papeete, but my Qantas flight from Melbourne was delayed and they sent me to L.A to catch the Air Tahiti Nui flight from there. Tahiti is absolutely beautiful and I have to get back there

I flew twice with Air Tahiti NUI from Auckland to Paris via Tahiti , I clocked up about 20,000 air miles which I thought would get me several free flights normally. But because of the huge distances , I didn't have enough miles for even the shortest flight. I flew with Air Tahiti from Paris to Auckland on my birthday, it was my special day for 36 hours due to the timezones. I fell asleep on grass at Papeete Faa airport waiting for the connection and when I woke up I was surrounded by huge crabs. There was a McDonald's in Papeete and most of the women actually do wear flowers behind their ears. I had a tattoo done there, "tattoo" is a Tahitian word ! Beautiful airline with great food. It's always a big shock when leaving Auckland to hear French on the speaker.

Great content. Love all of your videos, including this one. I flew Air Tahiti Nui back in March of 2019. I loved it, it was just when the Dreamliners were just being used. We got lucky to fly in one. The one great thing about this airline is that children 11 and under fly free from LAX to PPT. I took advantage of that as my children were 9 and 10 at the time. We went onto Moorea by ferry and then back to PPT for a commuter to Bora Bora. They will never forget this trip for as long as they live.

@@SamChui oh yeah it gave me an awesome view, it was like being there with you !!. Lets face it when you get really successful like you (through your hard work), you get recognized more, you get flagged in airline booking systems, maybe get free-bees, invites to review etc....but by being transparent, it makes it more believable. I think we all like the romance of air travel, so no need to take the gloss off it to much, by being overly transparent !!, but just give us a hint of it (we still like to dream). I think also from a business perspective, keeping it semi real is less of a long term business risk for you. Your long term fan Hayden.

I love the fact that the flight attendants change. I assume they wear the shirt/pants for take-off and landing in case of an emergency and they need to function. Yet, while cruising they wear more elegant attire. Nice touch.
