I tried so many different adhd concentration videos but they all play the same thing on loop that it's hard for me to concentrate 😪 I just end up getting annoyed 😅 but I like this bc as an army I'm comforted by these songs so ik them but also the extra noises help too as it adds a controlled environment aspect to it. noise but not too distracting. almost asmr ish in a good way. thanks for making this bc i genuinely can't do work without this in the background 😪 love you army 💜

this is such a great video and it is actually helping a lot, i wasn't able to focus and would get distracted while studying and then i found this and i love it so much! it actually helped me a lot but my mom seems to not understand it, but idc as long as i can study. thanks a lot!
