Doing pranayama means we are doing naadi shodan kriya. Anulom is one practise. If u have one nostril blocked do it with other open nostril it will help . And fallow Sri M and sadh guru. Read Sri M autobiography. Pramhansa autobiography. It will help more

I recently learned from one of your other videos that the gyan mudra might not be good for me because of something in my chart, maybe it was because I have very strong Jupiter? You said a simple adjustment would be to place my thumb tip on middle segment of my first finger (instead of the tip of first finger). I'm just wondering should I be making the adjustment during this practice too? Or is gyan mudra more balanced for everyone in this particular practice?

What does it mean by there are no transitions both the nostrils and they are equal and there's no dominance of breathe in any nostril. My dad says breathe in one nostril is dominant than otherside, but for me there's nothing like dominance they both work equally . Does that means there's a problem or is it normal. I'm really confused right now. what is the meaning of equilibrium in ida and pingla, is it about breathe equilibrium or matching it to actually sun and moon with right and left nostril. Or sun moon are taken as metamorphs of quality.

we will definitely make a video on anulom vilom ! after kapalbhati it is recommended to keep still and be aware of whatever happens in your body and after that any pranayam which involves slow breathing shall be practiced..... as the choice of pranayam after kapalbhati depends on your bodily needs and requirements.. thanks i hope it will help ... if not please don't hesitate to ask

I had a wrong Kundalini awakening probably through one of the Nadis, my symptoms were lack of Feelings of joy and happiness from love and from my hobbies, severe insomnia so bad it takes me hours to fall asleep and I always wake up in 10 minutes, and the urge to walk and pace around. I ask you do you think my Pingala Nadi is over active and I am lacking (passive) Ida flow? How can I increase the flow of Ida and lower Pingala to get balance restore Sushumna so I can sleep again? Your problems are unique. You look to be on sushumna nadi but you are not enlightened yet. Please watch videos of Anand ji at Mufatseekho. Watch his "विज्ञान भैरव तंत्र-ज्ञान मार्ग" From my experience no one was ever able to tell what enlightenment and sushumna nadi is except Anand ji. I am not advertising his videos. It's just I found you in trouble so I thought those videos can help you understand what everything is.

yes you are right it means that but....... both the nostrils are not fully functional every time. there is a shift in the working of right and left nostril. so technically one is fully functional at one time and the other one is less functional. in simple words .. we don't breath through both the nostrils and this yog helps in making both the nostrils work at their best all the time. i hope this information is useful .... thanks for writing...

When I reached my relaxation stage, there is always a flash of white light came from the right corner of my eye then moved to the left. Sometimes light emitted from my forehead. This morning, the flash came from below. Upon curiosity, I slightly open my eyes n saw the light came from my cheeks. How do i know or ensure it is something saint? How do I protect myself. Thanks 🙏
