NACA Duct and Sunroof DELETE for the Audi C4 S4!!

What's up guys! Today we'll be installing a super slick LRB Speed sunroof delete panel as well as a custom NACA duct to feed fresh air to our big turbo "STW Build" S4.

I ran the tube straight from the naca to the turbo loved it

That's pretty sweet, did you have any type of filtering within the tube?

Nope it went straght from the duct right to the turbo. I used the nascar type hose but also wasnt daily driving and was on speed density

Couple questions. What exhaust manifold is that and how much horsepower is it worth? What concerns do you have/ preparations would you take for running E85 on this motor? Asking because I am running a 500hp flex fuel tune but I have stock fuel lines and filter on my AAN.

It was custom made - not sure about the HP restriction. It is equal length and really nicely made for sure. I am planning to run new e85 friendly lines as well as ditch the stock fuel filter. I just acquired a DW350 external pump and ATL fuel cell which are both e85 friendly. There is definitely more maintenance involved with e85 - you don't want it sitting for extended periods of time, check anything rubber, inspect injectors, etc. I would probably upgrade your lines/filter at some point, given the age of these cars.

If you want to save more weight get rid of the heater core assembly, you don’t have any Climate control anymore on you C4 so it makes no sense to keep it. 🤷🏼‍♂️
