The whole thing of not feeling of being able to move the legs thing is scary indeed - and was even harder during the pandemic when hospitals pretty much discouraged emergency room visits. The rollercoaster that is AS is something else. Kudos to those who are dedicated to sharing the experience.

I have had weird jaw issues my entire life too… I always blamed them on my violin playing. Interesting. It’s nice to hear other experiences. Thank you! It took me forever to get diagnosed too. I also have random leg numbing and sensations. Almost like sunburn feeling on my skin. Just random. I’m 38. I find that stretching and different types of exercises help. Especially joint movement. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work.

I have axial and pheriphral ax spa. The pain is horrendous. Also gives me stomach issues and pelvic pain. I get it in the ribcage too. My legs also go numb, but up to now numbness lasts a few minutes at a time.
